Processing & Delivery Timeframe

It usually takes 8-10 business days to make your shade. Custom orders (using your fabric) can take longer due to liaison and fabric delivery.

Shipping takes approx. 4-8 business days. We cannot be responsible for any delays from Australia Post (but we find them very reliable).

Shipping & Collection Information

We cover the cost of the postage and do not pass this on to the Customer.

There is an option to collect your shade/s from Artocracy (a gift and homewares shop), 435 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056. You can also see a small selection of our shades at the shop https://www.artocracy.com.au

We will hand deliver to postcodes 3011, 3012, 3013 and 3015.

We do not ship internationally.
