Processing & Delivery Timeframe

It usually takes 8-10 business days to make your shade. Custom orders (using your fabric) can take longer due to liaison and fabric delivery.

Shipping takes approx. 4-8 business days. We cannot be responsible for any delays from Australia Post (but we find them very reliable).

Shipping & Collection Information

We cover the postage and packaging costs and do not on-charge these to you.

For remote destinations like regional WA, the NT or Far North Queensland, shipping for our larger shades can be significantly higher and we may need to charge a shipping fee. Australia Post and Couriers charge boxes by cubic weight, not the actual weight of the box. This means that large boxes can be charged as if they weigh 21kg, when they may only weigh 2.5kg.

If you’re still interested in ordering a large shade (30cm+ diameter), please contact us if you live in these areas — we’re more than happy to arrange a tailored quote. When we determine what the extra cost will be, shortly after your order is placed, we will send you the invoice. If you decide not to proceed, we can cancel your order for a full refund.

Artocracy (a gift and homewares shop), 435 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056.

We will hand deliver to postcodes 3011, 3012, 3013 and 3015.
